EU-Dispute resolution

We strive to resolve any disputes with our customers amicably. However, should a disagreement arise, consumers can contact a recognized consumer arbitration board. We agree to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

We would like to point out that in the event of a dispute with consumers for which we cannot reach an agreement, we will name the competent alternative dispute resolution body upon request. The general online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission (ODR platform) is no longer available since July 20, 2025.
