SWAVIA App Account Deletion

Every Swavia user has the right to delete their account.
There are two ways to delete an account:

Delete Account

Open the SWAVIA app and in Settings, select “Delete account”.

Send request

Send a request for deletion of your account 
by SMS to the customer service phone:
+372 5646 6001. The account from which the SMS was sent will be deleted.

The account with user name, vehicles and payment methods will be deleted within 7 days.

The invoiced sessions will be stored anonymously (without the user data) according to the book-keeping laws, including visibilty to the parking or charging operator.

NB! If you have any concerns or questions, please contact customer support at help@swavia.com and we will try to help. After deletion, problems with a specific 
account can no longer be resolved as the data has been deleted.

After deletion, you can always re-register as an SWAVIA customer by entering your phone number in the app and the SMS confirmation code sent.
